Re: What went wrong (build 1054)
When Cumulus started up this morning and asked for the data from the logger, the station only sent 'old' data, with timestamps back in August.
1-1-2013 09:10:41.947 : History data for: 2012-08-07 13:55
1-1-2013 09:10:41.947 : Timestamp is earlier than latest data, ignoring
It never sent the data from overnight last night, so there's a gap in the Cumulus data. Probably connected with this is that after it had apparently finished sending this old data, and Cumulus had switched to 'live' display, it then started saying it had more history data to download. Cumulus waits until the station has sent 10 'live' packets in a row, and uses this to determine that the station has finished sending archive data (there's nothing in the protocol to indicate that the history download is complete). Your station sent 10 live packets, and then started saying that it had more history data.
I've seen similar things with my WMR200, that sometimes it suddenly sends some old archive data. Normally it eventually gets around to sending the latest stuff. So, while you should check to make sure that your station clock is set correctly, I think it probably is and this really is just old data.
The data from last night may still be in there, so you could try 'rewinding' by copying the files from the backup created this morning:
1-1-2013 09:10:38.624 : Creating backup folder E:\Cumulus\backup\20130101091038\
The station might then send the latest data. It might also continue to send the data from August...
