It's saying that you have a problem in the Apr13log.txt file at line 5249.
This will be some kind of corruption, sometimes a spurious blank line gets inserted, or sometimes the system runtime writes NUL characters to the file instead of the data that Cumulus asks it to write. If you stop Cumulus and open the file in a good text editor like Notepad++, the problem should be obvious and you will be able to correct it.
