I notice the "Wm²" looks like it is Wm-2 on the Solar gauge background. is this a bug or can the - (minus) be removed from the gauge?

its ok just edited gauges.js:

Code: Select all

                    params.unitString = 'Wm²\u207B\u00B2';
to

Code: Select all

                    params.unitString = 'W/m²';
the ² is ALT and 0178 if anyone wanted to know..

It's not a mistake - Wm-2 is an alternative way of writing W/m2. Not sure why Mark chose to do it that way, though.

Just that it takes up less space, and I'm used to writing it like that back from my physics days. I have seen an issue with it though in that I use the superscript "-" character, and some systems do not seem to have that character in their fonts. So maybe I should change it to W/m2 :roll:
