Update without losing customization

Post by ace2 »

Probably asked a million times, but I don't want to lose my custom look.
I'm running 2.5.5 and i notice there is a updated version of 2.6.1 and for the life of me, I can't remember what sections I changed to the overall size and colours, so I don't want to lose them.
Is the update worth the effort??
What files need to be changed for the update?
And what the hell did I change in the first place(senior moments)?

Thanks in advance

Ps. I love these gauges!!!!

Hi Chris,

It looks like the only significant updates between 2.5.5 and 2.6.1 are to the gauges.js file.

Most of the customisation in that file is in the "config", "gaugeGlobals", and "commandParms" sections at the top of the file.

Looks like the css file hasn't changed so don't overwrite that.
