From your graph that would certainly seem to be the case. I'll leave my gauge to default at 16, though a simple one line change lets you specify whatever maximum you want - I see at least one northern European user has already set their gauge maximum at 11.

All those files have to be manually uploaded.

From the readme.txt:
Quote:
Copy (or move) the folders 'css', 'font' and 'scripts' and their contents (the files
that are contained in the ZIP file) to the folder where your "gauges-ss.htm" file is
located (probably the same folder where all your other Cumulus HTM files are located).

Hi there again.
I must be doing something wrong somewhere or missing something out.
I manually uploaded the files you said and also put the files in the cumulus web folder as instructed.
The files I uploaded to the website I both left in original css fonts and script folder and also the file contents individually also in the root folder just in case.
Have you any idea where I may have gone wrong?
Kind regards Richard

And what do you have set in the overall: "Web Site | Directory" field?

Hi there I have never actually filled that part out because i have never needed to. Do I need to put something in there for the ss gauges?
I realy do appreciate your help and it must be so frustrating for you sometimes not to have the person and or their computer in front of you.

I think you need to drop the "public_html/taunton-weather.co.uk/" from your remote destination paths. As far as I can tell your FTP connection drops you straight into the root directory of your web site.

So the remote file names should just be "gauges-ss.htm" and "realtimegauges.txt"

OK, the relatimegauges.txt file is now being uploaded, but you have not ticked the 'process' box for it in Cumulus (check gauges-ss.htm has it ticked too).

Well I think we have a job well done. You are brilliant to say the least.

I think its about time I made a donation to cumulus and to you for your help and contributions.
Do you have a donation link ?

I don't, well not for this anyway. But make a donation to Steve.
And upgrade your copy of Cumulus to the latest version to enable the extra wind variability feature on the direction gauge.
