The debug log shows the notifications that Cumulus gets that the state of DSR is changing (on and off), so if you look for 'RG11' or 'DSR' you should find them.

Thank you Steve.

I had turned on debug a few days back. It was a large file. Found them.

Seeing the double tips here and totally different numbers. 1-Wire dual counter connected RG-11 is still set to .001 counts. The RG-11 to Cumulus is set to .01 counts.
The Vantage Vue is not in the vicinity of the two RG-11's.

I am configuring an old Dallas 1-wire tipping bucket adjacent to the two RG-11's in the next few days; while I am doing that will reconfigure RG-11 to .01 counts.

A quick check of local WUN stations show: .11, .14, .10, .12, .11, .07, .04, .18, .21, .08 = average 0.12 in

What I don't understand is how there can be two 'on' notifications without an intervening 'off' notification. That suggests to me a software problem somewhere, rather than a relay 'bounce'.

Odd; yes. Debounce would be different looking maybe?

The connection to Cumulus (running on a W2003 server) is via a Quatech serial to IP device.

I just looked at the 1-wire comm (on a different W2003 box) and can see the counter incrementing with time.

Only thing is that the buffer is small and I don't save this info. Not sure how diagnostic this would be though. Here is what I see (not vivo right now and after rain) via the Hobby boards 1-wire counter connected to the relay.
