Meta Tag Description

Can someone point me into the correct file where the html Meta Tag description is held?

Meta Tag Description shows:

"Personal weather station" I'd like to change this and "Keywords"

I've moved your post from the MX section as you're using the Saratoga Templates, not the ones supplied with MX.
