The NWS moved websites for the NEXRAD radar status page, so now you'll need
radar-status.php V1.13 - 3-Aug-2016 to handle the new URL AND the lack of a Last-modified: header (grrr).
Template users: use the update tool with query for Base-USA, Plugin-*, 03-Aug-2016
