How to modify grafics for temperature extremes and Almanac

Do you know maybe how to change the grafics for section with daily extreme temperatures (data are within colourful table) and in Almanac section with icon for the Sun and Moon?
I mean the graphic appearance as below:

There are maybe some threads pertaining this modification?

Looks like someone has changed the default look already. who edited it as this is not a default template by the looks of it.
also the versions of this is really outdated.

I'm guessing the site has been handed over to you and needs several updating.

if you want it like the other site then contact the web owner for help on that layout. I done this with several pages on my site by contacting other web owners and asking for help, they usually respond quite quickly and are very helpful.
