I have been using WeatherBlues php v2 for over a year now and have only recently noticed that, on the Yesterday's Data page, the Highest Speed Beaufort figure didn't always translate to the mph figure.
In my yesterday_txt.php I found on line 57
<?php echo '<td>'.$Tr_windYM.'</td><td>'.$windYM.' '.$windunit.' ('.$Tbeaufort.')</td><td>'.$TwindYM.'</td>'; ?>
Web tag $Tbeaufort is giving the Beaufort figure for Today's Highest speed. I have changed it to $Ybeaufort which has cured the problem.
I have already posted this on the Weather by You forum and Jaques has corrected the file in the download section of the Weather by You site
