NOAA annual report - minor cosmetic [fixed]

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

The "Cool base" value on the annual report is being output as a full float value rather than formatted to 1dp.

It's beggining to sound like I'm obsessed with these reports! :oops:

I hadn't noticed as I'm using whole numbers; the heat base is the same.

Steve,

While we are obsessing with degree days...

In the wiki you intimate that cumulus calculates degree days on an integrated minute by minute basis. Is this still the case?

Probably should have asked this in the main forum but hey ho... sorry.
