Sudden Problem with CumuluxMX

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Sudden Problem with CumuluxMX

Post by Ethanflux »

CumulusMX has stopped working. I did not make any changes but for some reason I am getting the following error now. Have been working so well until today.

You need Steve to interpret those source code line numbers into what MX was doing at the time of error.

But I suspect you have a bad line in one of your data files - it may be worth checking them whilst waiting for Steve...

Unfortunately, due to my well-documented current circumstances, I can't access the source code for 3041, so can't pinpoint the relevant line of code. Looking at the line numbers in the current (unreleased) code, it could be something to do with sunrise/sunset calculation. Turning on debug logging via Cumulus.ini and then looking at the diags file might confirm this.
