CumlusMX on a Synoogy NAS

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

is it possible to run CumulusMX on a Synology NAS? :?:
Version
Linux version 3.10.77 (root@build2) (gcc version 4.9.3 20150311 (prerelease) (crosstool-NG 1.20.0) ) #8451 SMP Wed Jan 4 00:31:48 CST 2017

Mono is also Installed in Version 3.10-04

A search on "Synology" on the forum will find a few other people who have tried. I might be wrong, but I don't think anyone has been successful, possibly due to the lack of libudev.so.0

you might be able to use entware-ng for synology and the install the packages that are required perhaps?
