It's asking for archive data but not getting a response. Do you have the Cumulus logger interval and the station interval the same?

I have a desktop with windows and a serial port. Install CumulusMX, configure everything and it's working perfectly. When I connected on the same PC the serial/usb adapter, change the COM port to COM10(as on the device manager), the MXDiags looks like this:
So I start to think that the problem is the adapter. Someone have a link with a good adapter?

It's working!
I gave up of the usb/serial adapters and bought a TTL to DB9 adapter. After enabled the UART at /boot/config.ini, I can access my station through the /dev/ttyAMA0 port.
