Rainfall problem

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Rainfall problem

Post by acastello »

Good afternoon,
I'm workin' with a Davis Vantage vue under cumulusMX. Since I enabled cumulusmx, when it's rainy, the "today's rain" data is bad.Let me show You a real example :

Yesterday was rainy and my vue console registered 6.2 mm. I resetted the equipment so this data is new. But when I've seen today's data, CumulusMX shows 6.2mm Rain data for today and for yesterday so it shows 12.4mm of rain.

Could somebody tell me what I've to do? Many thanks. Regards.

There is information in the main FAQ about correcting rainfall. MX has no editors, so edit the files in a text editor.
