btw cumulus 1.9.4 on same virtual mashine works ok

can you post your MXDiags folder contents? put the files into a zip file and attach.

Looks like a bug in .Net - Using Google finds lots of other instances with various .Net versions, the usual solution seems to be a hotfix from Microsoft.

Because it's not getting as far as running any Cumulus code, it's crashing in .Net before Cumulus is started.

any tip what i can try to make it work? i try to install net v4.5 but it has already new one
