Logfile storage location

Post by maddinthebrain »

Hello there,
I want save my logfiles on NAS to reduce writing operations on my raspis SDcard. Is there a possibility to change the storage location of Cumulus' logfiles?

A second possibility could be to mount a network share of the NAS into my raspi's file system and put Cumulus there.

What do you think?

Thanks Martin

Your 2nd option would be better and easier to maintain, if your nas supports nfs that would be the way to go.

Unless you put an ssd to your raspi.
