web tag error

New to Cumulus MX but it look very intresting.
I run windows 10 and after I have download the zip and unzip the file in a folder I copy data folder and Comulus.ini file to the new folder.
After that I rightclick and run the CumulusMX.exe as administrator.

I can see it find the station I have but I see no data in the webpage
I also notice it say alot

and when I read the file it say alot

"The value was either too large or too small for Int32"

Not sure what to do now?

I suggest you confirm you have followed the installation fully.

I did take the long road and make a new installation and now I get no error
