[SOLVED] Oregon Scientific WMR88 > ISSUE
Posted: Thu 26 Oct 2017 6:21 pm
Hi Members.
I face a problem using my Oregon WMR 88 + Raspberry Pi Model B+.
A short timeline event in order to understand the background.
- JANUARY 2017: I succesfully installed my meteo system composed by WMR 88 + RasPi (Jessie Raspbian OS);
- JAN 2017 - OCT 2017: The meteo system was active without any issue.
- Last week I decided to change the Rapi SD Card in order to increase the Disk space so I've performed a "clean installation" using Rasbian Stratch OS.
I have followed the same steps used for the first installation (JAN 2017) but my cumulusMX SW shown only O values (temperature, pressure, etc).
What I've tried:
- re-install OS and Cumulus -> without success
- change in the Station Setting menu of CumulusMX the serial port name from COM0 to /dev/ttyUSB0, /dev/ttyUSB1,.... (the lsusb command show me that Raspi see my WMR)
What I see:
- Last station update is always 00:00:00
- In CumulusMX status the ProcessID (PID) of CumulusMX is always blank.
Thank you very much for your support.
Raffaele.
