Cumulus Support

I have a PWS with wunderground.com which is ILeeds26. In the Cumuls internet settings I have under Weather Underground, ticked enabled, ticked rapid fire, ticked Seend average wind speed as well as ticked Catchup. I have added the station ID and the password, then saved the information.
Have I missed something?

not sure why its not working since none of the log files mention anything to do with WU (wunderground)

its like you havent setup the WU part correctly.

I would suggest stopping the upload of reatimegauges.txt in your config or set up the ftp correctly so that it either stops trying the upload or uploads correctly, then we may get some sensible output in the diags.

Did you restart MX after enabling WU?

If that doesn't help, turn off rapid fire and turn on debug logging, so that the diags files will show something.

Yes I did restart CumulusMX after I enabled WU, and I've turned of Rapid Fire, but where do I turn debug logging on. I've looked in Station Settings and Data logs.

WU is saying this:

2018-08-15 19:00:00.904 WU Response: Unauthorized: unauthorized

So you're probably supplying an incorrect password or station ID. Make sure you supply your station ID in upper case, and you have the password for your station rather than your WU login. 'Unusual' characters in the station password can cause problems.

Thanks for getting back to me but I know now what the problem was. My WU PWS has a station key now and not a password. I entered the staion key and now WU is being updated
