This text file is not being generated on my install, but realtime is.
Any ideas ?

Do you have realtime-extra.txt included in your Cumulus Configuration Internet Files Local filenames and Remote Filenames list for regular Cumulus upload?

It is not being generated on the local machine, so nothing to upload.
I assume it gets generated at the same time as the realtime file is updated, and should be in the root of cumulus folder.
BTW, I did install in the root of c: as per the instructions.

This is an extra file as the name suggests. So YOU have to put in the 'files' list to be processed and then uploaded.
One of your first questions was 'people seem to have extra files ...' or something similar. This is one of them.
