Dayfile anomaly

Post by nking »

An error I can’t explain – on the 22/3 I have a significant spike in my pressure reading 1026.6 @ 19:21 . Pressure reading from the March log 19:20 is 1001.0 and at 19:25 it’s 1001.1 ?? I have the spike removal set to 2mb so I can’t see why the dayfile.txt has recorded the spike. I’ve not found anything in the diags but I’m happy to provide whatever files you might need to help explain this anomaly. Version 194 build 1089

It may be that it wasn't a single-reading spike. If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll see if I can see anything.

The console lost contact with the transmitter at that time:

22/03/2014 19:21:00.167 : Lost sensor contact!!!

Presumably this was related in some way to the pressure reading going awry (even though the pressure sensor is in the console).

When I restructured the code to allow indoor data to be used when sensor contact was lost, I didn't include the spike removal code for pressure; easily fixed.
