Time tags

I see that some of the time tags use a 24 hour clock and some us a 12 hour.
IE: <#time> returns a 24 hour time
<#MonthHumLD> Returns a 12 hour time with AM/PM
How can I switch everything to all 12 hour or all 24 hour?

Hey, thanks ever so much.
I had found the WiKi on the tags but did not understand you could mix them together.
Have date format the way I want now, just have to go fix all the other ones too.
