Cumulus creates the monthly files: (dec.17log.txt, gen.16.log.txt ......)
And I can not edit with Toolbox because of the point "." Between the month and the year. Also Tool Box can not bakup these files with the dot.
Can you tell me a solution please?

Re: Problem relationship between Cumulus and Cumulus Toolbox
I would think you have the Windows short monthname set to have a dot after it in your Windows regional settings?

Re: Problem relationship between Cumulus and Cumulus Toolbox
Thanks mcrossley for your response.
I do not see how I can configure my regional data. I think they are correct.
I am attaching some images in case they can help.

Re: Problem relationship between Cumulus and Cumulus Toolbox
A few days ago I asked a question, and the friend "mcrossley" offered me a solution to my problem but I could not solve the problem.
Maybe the Author of Cumulus "Steve" can give me a solution.
Sincerely

Re: Problem relationship between Cumulus and Cumulus Toolbox
As Mark has said, Cumulus uses the 'short month name' to generate the file names. It gets this from the runtime using the format string "mmm" (so it's what you would get in a Cumulus web tag if you apply that format string to a date/time web tag). I'm afraid I have no idea how the runtime determines this - it's unlikely that it has it built in, so it must get it from Windows somewhere.
I suspect that it's correct for the Catalan short month name to have the '.' on the end (?) but for the use Cumulus is putting it to, it would probably have been better if it had removed it somehow. But then that would have caused compatibility issues if Toolbox (or some other program) had expected it to be there.

Re: Problem relationship between Cumulus and Cumulus Toolbox
Thanks Steve for the answer
I guess I have the solution to do the backups manually.
And if I have to edit a particular month, stop Cumulus, remove the point, edit the month with Tool box and then put the point again.
Grettings.
