where I can edit the value in "rainfall 24h"?
When I edit in "today.ini" it doesn´t works.

You can't, easily, as it depends on the sequence of rainfall counters read from the station and stored in the monthly log file. If you really want to do it, you would have to stop Cumulus and edit all of the rainfall counter figures in the monthly log file for the last 24 hours. The simpler approach is just to wait for it to correct itself.
