App for Android

I know that the information is on the forums somewhere, but I am really struggling to find it.
Could somewhere point me to where I can find the complete set of instructions for setting up an Android app that takes information from Cumulus? I am really happy with the iPhone web interface, but I understand that the Android app is very good so am anxious to get this off the ground.
All I know is that a realtime text file has to be generated by Cumulus and uploaded to the server...
