Recently found this site. New to weather station hobby. Father xmas brought me the La Crosse 2350. Find the Heavyweather software rather limited. Tried others but either to complicated or did not function as they should. Will have no hesitation in donating to Cumulus if the software functions OK. So far impressed with Cumulus although having a small problem with rainfall data at but will read all the posts to see if the answer is there somewhere.

BTW. I am using serial connection only. Read that bit already.

Even with a direct serial connection, some La Crosse users do get less than ideal results with Cumulus, so please do take as much time as you want trying it out before you even think about donating.

Have always wanted a weather station and had one bought for me for xmas. Maplin N96GY. Looked on the internet for other related items and found your website. I must say you look as though you have put a lot of time and effort into the site. I find it really interesting. Have donated this morning. Keep up the good work.

I've been running Cumulus with my LaCrosse 2300 for over a month with no major glitches. Much friendlier than the Heavyweather software that I've used for the previous 2 years. So donation on the way...
