Which Station Type?

Post by Ken22 »

My station is a WMR968, but the configuration choices are WMR928 or WMR918. Which should I select in configuration?

The choices are actually WMR-928 and WM-918. And as it says in the help for the station settings screen: "For Oregon Scientific stations and similar re-badged stations (Huger, Radio Shack etc) which have a serial port connection, if your model is not listed, try WM-918 if your station has wired connections, and WMR-928 if it is wireless."

Sorry I missed that in the help file. The WMR-928 setting does seem to work fine for the WMR-968. I just wanted to make sure I had everything setup right before asking about a calibration problem with my wind speed.

Thanks,
