Re: Twitter uploads
Yes you can add an url in the twitter.txt there is a limitid space offcourse use a short-url like bit.ly/abd01 put it in the twitter.txt in plain text with http://bit.ly/abd01 (note the url is an example) you have to make a redirect to you own url , I use goo.gl

Re: Twitter uploads
Ok thank you for the reply, however i am not using Twitter.txt but instead using the auto update from Cumulus itself and i can find nowhere a place to edit Cumulus.ini for the updates.
Thanks

Re: Twitter uploads
You don't need to enable the use of twitter.txt, Cumulus just looks for it anyway. The equivalent of the default tweet is:
Code: Select all
Wind <#wspeed> <#windunit> <#wdir>. Barometer <#press> <#pressunit>, <#presstrend>. Temperature <#temp> <#tempunit>. Rain today <#rfall> <#rainunit>. Humidity <#hum>%

Re: Twitter uploads
Thank you Steve and everybody . I will just add my URL at the end of the tweets and see what happens. And then create a twitter.txt file.
