My broadband is working normally, however trying to access my website using the cumulus web hosting server times out, filezilla also times out.

I sent you a private message about this some weeks ago (it's still there, unread) and an email more recently, warning you that the hosting was being moved to a new server. The old server has now been closed down. If you read the private message, it will tell you what you need to do. If you have any queries, it would be best to do it by private message.
