The google translator is not very good, I should always fix the translation.

Sorry, it was a joke about the weather here, not about the word you used, which was correct.

Hello everyone,
I use the Cumulus a few days ago.
I am testing the Vantage Vue in my room.
Now I do not use tha battery in the console.
But I recognize the "Console battery" is 4.77v.
?
I shut down the Cumulus and I restart the Cumulus.
So I can find "0v" on the screen.
That is correct.
Maybe it is not big problem.

Cumulus is showing 4.77v for your console battery, but you don't have batteries installed? Cumulus just reads the value from the Davis software; perhaps it sends 4.77 when there's no battery installed.

My VUE console did the same thing: read "0 v" for a while, then gets updated to "4.78 v." I took it to be the voltage of the power supply.

Hello Steve,
I don't have batteries installed.
And WeatherLink-software does not work in my PC.
Because I must do ver-up latest ver5.9.3.
So I can not use WeatherLink.
When I do the test for comminucation to WeatherLink, the error maaage apears.
"This station is not supported by this version of WeatherLink."

When I refer to the "Davis software", I don't mean Weatherlink, I mean the DLL which Davis supply which Cumulus installs and uses. That's where Cumulus gets the battery voltage from.
