Especially as it is going to be free in the first year if you have Windows 7, 8 or 8.1.
Looks as though they are going to a subscription model which I personally wouldn't be very happy about, could become a very expensive Operating System as I doubt it will be pennies!!

Microsoft have said that it won't be subscription based, whether you upgrade in the first year or not.
