Will there ever be an installation of cumulus mx without an internet connected so it can be installed as easy as cumulus 1

While I am not 100% sure, but I think you could access MX on the same wachine with no network connection by just bringing up a browser and entering http://localhost:8998
Worth a try anyway.

It does not require an internet connection, but it does require you to use a browser to bring the user interface up - that is very unlikely to change.
