Missing graphic on web page

Post by EDub »

I have had Cumulus 1.8.8 running as a service on Windows Home Server for the past week. Being a pennypincher by birth, the server is shut down at 12:05 AM following the Rollover and restarted at 7:30 AM. I'm OK with not have 24/7 coverage.

I've created a page on my personal website for the Cumulus upload. All appears to be working well with the exception of the portion of gauges.htm page generated by CumulusRealtime: The barometer graphic is not present ... instead a static image of the current pressure is generated; and the rain gauge appears to be twice its required size, skewing the display vertically.

Any thoughts on what I'm missing?

Hi, and welcome to the forum

Any chance of a web link so that we can see the problem; if it's not a public site what about a screen shot -- a picture paints a thousand words! ;)

I had a similar problem in that both my realtime gauges were missing and Steve got me to re-ftp the cumulusrealtime.swf file in binary mode (my default appears to be ascii) to my ISP and that fixed it. Might be worth a try.

That is the second time I've seen a gauges page like that - It's not the current standard !

Inside the <div id= ... > </div> should be the word analog, or small, or ...

Yours has the values ! - ie. someone has replaced the 'instructions' for the graphic script with a <#webtag>.

Also there is a chunk of code missing which gives 'mouseover' information on those dials.
