Re: Ecowitt import to CumMX Raspi version
Not without quite a bit of work on your part.
The first step would be to massage your Excel data into the Cumulus Monthly log file format, then save it out to monthly log files that CMX can read.
Reset your CMX start-date to the start date for your historic data to be imported.
Stop CMX.
Run CreateMissing to create dayfile entries from your monthly log files.
Restart CMX, and if all that worked, then you can use the records editors to check/reset all your various records from the newly available historic data (tedious, and will likely show up some data errors that need correcting before repeating the process).

Re: Ecowitt import to CumMX Raspi version
There was a no fundamental difference between a Windows install and Linux install in terms of what you can do with it.
Cumulus monthly file format can be found on the Wiki. Just change the columns in your Excel spreadsheet to match the order of elements given on the Wiki. Be careful with dates, though.
Date of start of records is a setting in the MX interface.
CreateMissing is a utility that you can find in your MX distribution that you downloaded and installed. There are instructions on how to use it.
The records editors are available in the MX interface too.
