I set up my weather station 2 years ago with Tiscali. The web site is free & most of the time I have had no problems. Tiscali has now become Talk Talk & is working fine. However as I have other items with Virgin Media it would be sensible to swap over. However like a lot of these things it seems impossible to get the information you require. If there is a member with a Cumulus web site on Virgin Media could you let me know if you have had any problems & if you have to pay extra for the web site etc.

I too have Virgin, but that is not where I host my weather websites. But I have used it in the past for testing.
There aren't any extra charges as far as I know. What info do you need to get it working? Alternatively you could consider DAJ's free web hosting.
