Mine is set at 30 min from original when I was running WL only and not 24/7. I now have the Envoy to connect 24/7 and wish it was at 15 min or perhaps 10 but difficult to change now.

I've set mine to 10 min after initially running it at 30 min for the first couple of days.
Seemed like a good compromise all round considering log sizes, accuracy etc and I also can be away for up to 17 days before I have to rope someone into downloading my 'precious' data for me. :D

I guess, that im never away more than 8 days ( if at one point i will be I guess I can change it ) so every 5 mins might be good for me

So my question is what ever you set your unit to log at you wont miss out on anything like highs, lows across the board... Records ect.

Cheers guys, sorry this is dragging on

As I understand, the station's logger maintains the high, low, total rain etc. within the set logging interval. You will just have more records logged by a shorter interval. The same happens with the interval of your Cumulus data records, which is reommended to be set the same as the station logger interval.

I run mine at 1 minute, but it is always connected (+ my off-grid solar/wind system data logger @ 1 second!) to a dedicated laptop.
