Steve- I have no idea what he's on about either! You're not alone. Ummmm, read the Wiki....search posts.......Read help file in Cumulus: Display cloud base: "Selecting this causes the calculated cloud base to be displayed on the main screen. The calculation is a simple one; 1000 feet for every 4.5 degrees Fahrenheit difference between the temperature and the dew point. Note that this simply gives the theoretical height at which Cumulus clouds would begin to form, the air being saturated."
Or in other words, the more humid, the lower the cloud base.

I reckon that should cover it ;)

Please be more explicit - WHAT "is not showing what the weather is going to be" ?

Cloud base is the lowest height at which Cumulus clouds might form if the conditions are 'right'.
It is NOT a weather 'icon'.

and ........ if you know what the weather is going to be. Please tell us how you do it :D

Ok I am using the climemet weather station http://www.skyview.co.uk/dept1/acatalog ... M2000.html
So that's where I can see the icon showing sunny periods, but nothing is showing on the cumulus but i have the cloud base showing the hight of the clouds if you get what I mean :-)

The Fine Offset station has no mechanism for making its 'forecast' available to Cumulus. You can get Cumulus to generate a basic forecast (which may or may not agree with the icons on your station, and may or may not produce good results for you - see the FAQ) if you turn it on in the station settings.

Cumulus has a 'for fun' text based forecast, it does not provide any current or forecast weather icons.

Once you are more comfortable both with Cumulus and coding pages, then there are several threads / methods on "How To" forecasts and weather images for your web SITE, but there is nothing you can 'add' to the Cumulus console !!

Edit: cross posted with above
