For all you US users -- I've been enjoying a weather radar app on my Android phone and tablet that you might want to check out. It gets raw Level 3 radar (for US locations only) and displays it along with a lot of other related information like METARS. It's targeted at weather professionals, storm chasers, and public safety users, but it's great for any enthusiast who wants radar updates without the delays associated with free apps.
The latest version includes dual polarity products and other advanced radar imaging.
