Cumulus Support

Ever since I switched hosts, I have been having a problem with the files I was FTP'ing to my server. They will not upload. I keep getting FTP Error, Aborted on the files the Toolbox is suppose to be uploading. However when I want to open the Toolbox so I can correct the upload instructions, but I cannot open the Toolbox to make those corrections.

Any suggestion(s) will be greatly appreciated on getting around this issue.
