I have the rain rate that remains stuck at 99 mm/h after upgrading to this release;
I have never had a problem before for this data, at the moment to allow the correct operation I had to downgrade to the previous release.

My strong suspicion is that the coding to deal with rain rate is now storing the value in "rainCounter" as the max 24-hour rain, I noticed that every minute an updated rogue extreme is stored everywhere (all-time.ini, monthly-all-time.ini, thisyear.ini, this month.ini, today.ini). That explains why each person who has reported the bug is seeing a different rogue figure.

The code should be using "rainCounter" now, minus the "rainCounter" in the recent history for (approximately) 24 hours earlier to derive the 24-hour rain, and track highest of that.

Anybody who does follow advice to move to earlier release should note that I had to edit "today.ini" while Cumulus was stopped to remove the incorrect max 24-hour rainfall. If a rollover has happened between installing 3.22.1 and going back to earlier release, it is also necessary to edit the most recent line of dayfile.txt and reload that file into RAM using the utility. Only then can you use the inbuilt editors to correct all the extremes, and I suggest clicking on the dayfile value and time-stamp in each editor to copy correct figures into extreme record tracking files.
