Saratoga Weather Template issue

So I've set up my new website, works as expected... Except for one thing. I've configured everything as it says on the website, but initially when I refresh the page, the figures show with ºF units but say ºC, only when it updates the numbers go back to the real values (not ºF), and the date says 1/1/1970, only then updates. But this isn't what's more bothering, it's the fact that the minimum and maximum temperatures are in ºF but the unit shows ºC! 
My Cumulus is in Metric units, so I don't know what could be going on?
Oh, it also says that Cumulus realtime files aren't current, shows the wrong Cumulus version and even though I told it to update every 48 seconds, it does every 3 seconds .
E: The WU forecast also seems wrong compared to WU and records page shows something about 2009 when I started operation in 2011?
