Now it seems to work great ..
The only flaw is the DATA is AVERAGE humidity, pressure and solar radiation that cumulus not calculate but I replaced them with the current data of the station.
If anyone interested can contact the script. It will provide everything you need to calculate in real time. Thanks again Mark

@MeteoBisignano, I presume http://stazionemeteobisignano.it/NOAA.php is from Meteotemplate plugin. Did you have to make any changes to that or only input your information?

I had to modify the code to fit Cumulus view of the painful lack of calculating et so I proceeded
For the moment I leave this waiting to see calculate this value directly from Cumulus even with my Station WH 3080
