Re: Maplin N96GY
Funnily enough my Maplin N96GY console has recently succumbed to usb lockups after over 10 years of continuous use, I used Cumulus 1 for those years. Console still works fine but I'm lucky if the usb connection last an hour before locking up.
Because I have enough spare sensors etc I'm in the process of setting up a Raspberry Pi with a usb SDR dongle to intecept the outdoor sensor signals + a BME280 pressure/temp/humidity sensor I have it running using WEEWX at the moment, but still a WIP ( like my website ) https://jlawson.co.uk/index.php/weather once I get it the way I want I may look at using CMX. If you can't get console it might be worth looking into a similar setup
