Thank you!

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Hello Mark,

I just wanted to send you a personal thank you for adding the genius feature of the offset multiple that has enabled me to get my barometric pressure as accurate (to a whole number) as a Davis. I am so marvelled by this as my old Oregon Scientific WMR928N is getting on for nearly 20 years old now. I have kept her going electronically with hunting down spares for replacements and even the right humidity sensor to replace the original, which breaks down after a few years (the replacement sensor does not). The other feature you added for the MR928N was low battery warning and that also works like a charm. I know these are not recent additions to CMX but I have only just got around to sending this message.

I wonder, do you have any stats on the hardware PWS users are using with CMX? Perhaps CMX could have an opt in feature to send this hardware/model data back to you so a pie chart or table on this website could give CMX users a picture of most and least used PWS. Just a thought. :)

Thanks and all the best.

You're welcome, and I'm glad you found the new features useful. There cannot be many WMR stations left now!
