I have a Watson W8681 Mk2 - Fine Offset outfit and I would like to know if possible what communications format is used by the sensor in sending data to the receiver unit. All I know is that it is at the upper end of the UHF band at 868 mhz, and is of the order of a few micro watts of power. Being a lapsed radio ham, I am interested in arcane stuff like modulation method. I expect it is just a short asynchronous burst, but I'd like to know more about the frequency, the modulation method, the coding and the power used.
thanks
